PHP Dev - Tech Lead / Project Manager

We are looking to hire a PHP expert who will lead a team of PHP developers. The tech spans many areas of work such as main application with landing pages, questionnaires, and checkouts including payment processing. There is also an attribution service component for tracking and conversions that needs to tie into multiple internal and external services. The ideal individual will have both a strong backend engineering experience and also strong data engineering principals for data pipelines and warehousing. The individual will need to have heavy coding experience in the past, but wants to move to a more management/architecture style position.
