Hiring Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring a US-based senior software engineer to work with our team long-term. The work is a mix. Most of your hours will be on calls with clients - discovery, technical interviews, scoping, project check-ins - where you're the senior engineer on our side of the table. We need someone who's built real systems. Backend, frontend, full-stack, cloud, APIs, AI - we don't care which lane, but you should have enough depth that when a client starts talking about their auth flow, their data pipeline, or how they want to wire up an LLM, you're already three steps ahead. If you've shipped production systems, led engineering teams, or been the person other engineers ask when something is on fire, that's the level. Our requirements are as follows: -Based in the US -Senior engineering background 10+ years is the ballpark -Comfortable on camera, native English, clear communicator -Can read a technical spec and immediately see what's missing -Reliable on scheduled calls If this fits, send a short note about your engineering background and the kinds of systems you've worked on.
