Simple CMS Setup for Warehouse Product Catalog

We need a lightweight CMS to manage our warehouse product catalog. It will let non-technical staff add and update products through an admin panel — a focused setup on an existing CMS, not a custom-built platform from scratch. Features Product entries with custom fields (name, category, description, quantity, media) Media library for product photos and short videos Category/taxonomy management (warehouse → boxes → items hierarchy) Simple search/filter in the admin listing User roles: admin and warehouse staff with different permissions Content exposed via API/REST for our apps to consume Data Products organized by categories and items (warehouse → boxes → items). Clean content structure with reusable fields and relationships. Screens/Setup (~4–6 areas) Product list with search, product add/edit form, media library, category management, and user roles. Integration CMS content must be accessible via API for our Android and web clients, reflecting changes in real time. We'll provide hosting access or define requirements together. Tech Your preferred CMS (WordPress, Strapi, or Directus — open to discussion). Custom fields and REST/GraphQL API required. Clean, functional admin UI — usability over aesthetics. Basic setup docs required.
