Retell AI / Vapi + Twilio Voice Agent Fix Needed

I have an AI voice agent built on Retell AI (or Vapi) connected through Twilio that's already live but has a few issues. Calls are going through, but there are problems with call routing, response timing, and how the agent handles transfers. I need someone who knows these platforms well to jump in and fix it — not rebuild from scratch.
