Client-Facing Project Tracking Portal

We are a commercial signage company seeking a developer to build a simple client-facing project tracking portal for franchise and multi-location brands. Our internal team needs an admin dashboard where we can enter project locations, addresses, notes, and update project stages through a dropdown menu. Clients should have secure logins and only be able to view their own locations on an interactive map with color-coded pins based on project status. The initial MVP should function similar to an Airtable-style project tracker combined with a client-specific Google Maps or Mapbox view. We are looking for someone who can recommend the best platform and architecture for a scalable solution that can expand over time.
