Senior Full-Stack AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on AI Automation Engineer who has successfully designed, built, and deployed production-grade AI agents and intelligent business automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Research, Operations, and Commercial functions. You will be responsible for building AI-powered workflows that integrate large language models with business systems, including document repositories, email, calendars, project management platforms, communication tools, databases, and other internal applications. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proven experience designing and deploying production-ready AI agents, LLM applications, or complex automation systems. Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration frameworks. Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, document ingestion, and knowledge retrieval systems. Extensive experience integrating third-party services using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Temporal, Airflow, or similar workflow orchestration tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI automation solutions.
