# TikTok Shop Manager Needed – Setup, Optimization, Ads & Growth We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop expert to help us fully set up, optimize, and grow our TikTok Shop. ### About Us We are a home décor brand selling premium curtains and pillow covers. We already have a successful Amazon store with established listings, reviews, and inventory. We also have an existing TikTok Shop, but it is not properly set up and optimized. ### What We Need #### Initial Setup & Optimization * Audit our existing TikTok Shop * Properly configure all shop settings * Import and optimize product listings from our Amazon store * Improve product titles, descriptions, images, and SEO * Set up product categories, collections, and shop structure * Ensure all products are correctly linked and functioning #### TikTok Shop Management * Ongoing shop maintenance and optimization * Product listing updates * Monitor shop health and performance * Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates #### Advertising & Growth * Create and manage TikTok Shop ads * Develop testing strategies for creatives and audiences * Optimize campaigns for ROAS and sales * Track performance and provide regular reporting * Recommend ways to scale profitable campaigns #### Influencer & Affiliate Program (Preferred) * Set up and manage TikTok Shop affiliates * Recruit creators and influencers * Monitor affiliate performance * Help grow sales through creator partnerships ### Requirements * Proven experience managing and growing TikTok Shops * Experience importing and optimizing listings from Amazon * Strong understanding of TikTok Shop SEO and best practices * Experience running profitable TikTok advertising campaigns * Ability to provide examples or case studies of previous results * Excellent communication skills ### To Apply Please include: 1.
