UI Design System Storybook

I'm looking for someone that can build a simple Android chat app that runs a small local LLM and can trigger 1–2 safe local phone actions through Android intents. UX/UI: Think a simplified chatgpt app with local model that can work offline when no internet - but can use the internet when online. LLM Model: Gemma, Ollama models (most be offline) Skills: Must be able to use an existing app on the phone using a skill e.g. use the browser on your phone to access the internet instead of installing another app OR connectnig via a seperate api call. Features: History text to text upload attachment Tech stack: Kotlin (KMP) prefered Forbidden: - Paid models and or services - Acheiving features that bypass using a app on the phone. I want to see your solution speaking to at least one app on the phone and using its feature How this works * Only pick project you’ve done before and you’re most confident in. * You attach a budget to each project that you're asking for. BEFORE STARTING WORK * Before starting, we’ll agree on scope, details, and acceptance criteria. PAYMENT CONDITIONS * I’ll only accept work that meets the agreed standards. These will not change from what we've discussed AFTER Delivery * Strong results may make you my go-to person for that project type and similar work. Timelines and Expectations: * Delivery in the next 36 hours (Sunday 12pm UAE time) * Must meet agreed expectations * You may always contact me for questions, concerns (if you need help with anything - and I can help), etc. Terms and conditions * You must provide all working code and ensure that I can use and play with it myself, locally * You must not re-sell the solution that you make * The solution must not use anything that requires payment and or trial. Must use open source project * Must work on Windows OS without Docker (unless agreed), or WSL * Solution must adhere to my coding standards and principles * Solutions must the definition of done, acceptance criteria, and success criteria - while not breaching any of the 'forbiddon criteria' * Agreed budget are final - the scope wont change, so neither will the cost
