AI Automation Specialist / AI Workflow Automation Developer

We are a holding company managing multiple businesses across different industries, and we are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline, automate, and improve our internal business workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building AI-powered automation systems, integrating tools, optimizing repetitive processes, and creating scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency across departments. Responsibilities: Analyze existing business workflows and identify automation opportunities Build AI-powered automation systems for internal operations Integrate tools, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, communication platforms, and databases Automate repetitive tasks across departments such as operations, sales, finance, HR, reporting, and customer support Develop AI agents, chatbots, document processing flows, and workflow automation pipelines Work with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, Python, Node.js, APIs, and other automation platforms Create dashboards, reports, and automated notifications where needed Ensure workflows are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain Document automation processes and provide technical handover Required Skills: Strong experience with AI automation and workflow automation Experience with AI agents, LLMs, chatbots, and API integrations Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms Strong backend development knowledge using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies Experience working with CRMs, ERPs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, email systems, databases, and third-party APIs Ability to understand business operations and convert them into automated workflows Strong problem-solving skills and clean technical documentation Preferred Experience: Experience working with holding companies, multi-business groups, or enterprise workflows Experience with document automation, reporting automation, lead management automation, finance workflows, and internal operations automation Knowledge of data security, user roles, permissions, and scalable system architecture Application Requirements: Please include the following in your application: Updated CV/resume GitHub profile Portfolio Relevant past AI automation projects Case studies or examples of workflows you have automated Tools and technologies you have used in previous automation projects We are looking for someone who can not only build automations but also understand business workflows and suggest smarter, scalable ways to improve our operations using AI.
