One-Page Site CMS & SEO Enhancements

I’m working with a single, scroll-long site—just a search header and a form—currently sitting on my 1stDomain Plex hosting. Right now it’s completely static, which means two things: I can’t add or delete content without editing code, and Google has no idea the page exists...
