1000sqm AutoCAD Conversion to Revit

I already have the full architectural model of my 1,000 sqm residence in Revit; however, every other discipline was drafted in AutoCAD. I now need the structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC designs converted (or rebuilt) so everything lives in one coordinated BIM environment...
