In this role, you will work closely with designers, strategists, and other developers to build and maintain high-performing web applications and marketing sites for a variety of brands. With 3–5 years of experience, you are expected to own features from concept to deployment. You will implement responsive frontend interfaces, develop secure and scalable backend services, and integrate APIs, third-party tools, and custom features. The ideal candidate balances creative engineering—translating design files into pixel-precise layouts—with solid backend principles and performance optimization. 1. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Implement responsive frontend interfaces, develop secure and scalable backend services, and integrate APIs, third-party tools, and custom features. Design Translation: Translate design files into pixel-precise, responsive, and accessible user interface layouts. Performance & Optimization: Optimize web applications and marketing sites for maximum speed, accessibility, SEO, and analytics tracking. Collaboration & Sprints: Participate actively in sprint planning, provide technical input on project scopes, and collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment. Code Quality & Workflows: Review peer code, troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, manage deployments, and contribute to improving development workflows and best practices. Continuous Learning: Stay current with modern frameworks, tooling, and industry trends to deliver innovative and effective digital experiences. 2. Requirements 2.1. Technical Skills Experience: 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of owning features from concept to deployment. Frontend Proficiency: Strong skills in frontend development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UI. Backend Web Development: Solid experience building APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring backend security and performance. E-commerce & CMS Ecosystems: Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, headless solutions) and modern build tools. Development Fundamentals: Strong grasp of software development fundamentals, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and robust code review practices. Marketing Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and analytics integration tailored for marketing-focused web environments. 2.2. Soft Skills & Education Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, cross-functional team and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Portfolio: A professional portfolio or active GitHub profile showcasing relevant stack experience is strongly preferred.
