Magento PayPal Payment Update

I need someone to update my Magento website to restrict payment methods to PayPal only. Users should only be able to pay using my PayPal account with credit, debit, or their PayPal account. The task involves updating the payment gateway to ensure seamless integration with PayPal. There are a few loose ends that also need to be fixed.
