Core Project Requirements: 1. Patient App (iOS & Android): Built with Flutter or React Native. Features include clinic search, doctor profiles, Google Maps location integration, service-type selection with custom durations, and appointment request submission. 2. Clinic Dashboard (Web/Responsive): For receptionists/doctors to manage daily schedules, with a 1-click accept/reject/reschedule mechanism and emergency day-off toggles. 3. Super Admin Dashboard (Web): For managing clinic onboarding, approving registrations, and manual subscription activations. 4. Backend & Database: Node.js + PostgreSQL + Redis (for caching) with free Push Notifications and RESTful APIs structured for clean future scaling.
