Customer Engineer for AI Support Agents - AI Development Mandatory

Adelante builds and operates AI support agents for ecommerce brands. The agents finish the work: check orders in Shopify, execute returns, change addresses. Three new clients signed this week; I need an engineer to own client launches. Scope: - Client integrations: Shopify/WooCommerce, Zendesk/Gorgias, WhatsApp Business - New agent setup from documented playbooks - Evals, simulated conversations, regression tests on agent behavior - Change queue on live agents; internal tooling Requirements: - Real shipping experience with agentic AI dev tools. Mandatory — this is the entire workflow. - 2-5 years backend/fullstack (Node/TypeScript or Python) - APIs, webhooks, OAuth, log debugging - Hebrew + English (client-facing on occasion) Process: short call, then a paid one-day trial milestone (Shopify integration in our sandbox). Working code = ongoing engagement. Screening questions: 1. Describe a real agentic flow you shipped. What did the tool get wrong and how did you catch it? 2. Which APIs have you worked with?
