Senior TypeScript/React/AWS Engineering Team

Please do not apply as a solo independent coder unless you are representing an accountable engineering firm or team with senior technical review, backup coverage, and clear role assignments. I am developing a specialized manufacturing SaaS application for the wood truss/component industry. The application is called the TDC Truss WorkMinute Estimator. It is being built through a controlled GitHub-based development process using ChatGPT-generated implementation packets, Codex-assisted coding, CI safety checks, no-drift tests, and strict protected business-logic boundaries. I am looking for a professional coding firm or senior engineering team to assist with code review, architecture validation, security review, and selected runtime implementation. This is not a request for a team to casually rebuild or redesign the application. The desired role is to help complete the application faster and with higher engineering quality while staying inside the approved architecture, product boundaries, and protected calculation rules. The approved production architecture is: React/Vite + TypeScript frontend, Node/TypeScript backend, Clerk authentication, Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, Amazon SQS, and protected server-side TypeScript workers. The application involves private drawing/document intake, normalized data review, tenant-safe user access, approved result snapshots, reporting, audit history, and protected server-side processing. The proprietary calculation logic must remain server-side only and must not be exposed in the browser, logs, public contracts, API responses, exported files, or AI prompts. What I need help with The first engagement should be a paid technical review and implementation-readiness audit of the existing repository, architecture, CI process, no-drift tests, auth direction, public-safe contracts, and runtime implementation plan. After that review, I may expand the engagement into selected implementation work, especially around: Clerk runtime authentication and authorization tenant isolation and role/permission enforcement Aurora PostgreSQL schema and migration review private S3 drawing/document upload flow SQS worker pipeline design protected server-side TypeScript processing API validation using Zod/OpenAPI contracts CI, testing, security, and no-drift boundary enforcement safe logging, audit events, idempotency, and error handling production-readiness review before release The development process is intentionally controlled. Work must be done in small, reviewable packets or pull requests. All changes must pass CI, typecheck, linting, relevant tests, and project-specific no-drift rules. The team must be comfortable working from detailed written implementation packets and acceptance criteria. Important boundaries The hired team must not replace the approved architecture without prior approval. The team must not expose proprietary Work Minute calculation logic. The team must not move protected calculations to the frontend. The team must not bypass tests or CI. The team must not introduce unapproved external services, databases, AI tools, billing systems, or cloud dependencies without explicit approval. This project requires careful engineering judgment, not just fast coding. I need a team that can identify risks, explain tradeoffs clearly, improve maintainability, and respect protected business logic. Required experience Strong candidates should have experience with: TypeScript React/Vite Node backend development PostgreSQL AWS architecture, especially S3 and SQS authentication and authorization systems Clerk or similar managed auth platforms secure SaaS tenant isolation CI/CD with GitHub Actions schema validation with Zod or similar tools OpenAPI/client contract workflows test-driven or acceptance-criteria-driven development secure file upload/storage workflows production SaaS architecture review Manufacturing, estimating, document-processing, or workflow software experience is a plus. First milestone Please quote the first milestone as a technical review / readiness audit, not a full build. The first milestone should include: Review the current repository structure and development process. Review the approved architecture and identify risks. Review the current auth, contract, CI, and no-drift approach. Recommend the safest implementation sequence for the next runtime stage. Identify any security, maintainability, test coverage, or architecture concerns. Provide a written report with practical recommendations. Optional: propose one small implementation packet or PR as a sample of your work. After that milestone, we can discuss deeper implementation work. What I want in your proposal Please include: Your experience with TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL, AWS S3, and SQS. Your experience building or reviewing secure SaaS applications. Your experience with tenant isolation, auth, and role-based access control. How you normally review an existing codebase before implementation. How you would prevent protected business logic from leaking to the frontend or public API. Whether you are comfortable working in small GitHub pull requests with CI gates. Whether you are comfortable following detailed implementation packets instead of freely redesigning the app. Examples of similar secure SaaS, workflow, estimating, document-processing, or manufacturing software projects. I prefer a team that communicates clearly, documents decisions, explains risks in plain language, and treats security, maintainability, and business-rule protection as first-class requirements.
