Service Review Collection API

I need a lightweight, subscription-ready API that can automatically pull in service reviews from Google and expose just two data points per review: the review text and its star rating. All other metadata can stay out of scope for now... (Budget: $250 - $750 USD, Jobs: API Development, Flutter, MySQL, Node.js, PHP, PostgreSQL)
