Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js) for Healthcare SaaS Platform

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build something meaningful. Our product, HealthBridge, is a modern SaaS platform focused on improving healthcare solutions, and we truly believe it can make a difference in people’s lives. In this role, you’ll be working on developing new features, improving what’s already there, and making sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. But more than that, you’ll be part of a small, driven team that cares about what we’re building. This isn’t just another short-term gig. We’re building HealthBridge with a long-term vision in mind, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we turn this into a full-scale company. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and Node.js. Build scalable REST APIs and backend services. Design and optimize database schemas and queries. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Implement secure authentication and authorization. Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot bugs and participate in code reviews. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern web architecture. Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth, NextAuth, etc.). Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
