AI designed Site to Wordpress

We have websites fully designed using an AI builder. This outputs to react.js currently. We need this to be converted exactly to a Wordpress website. Looking for someone with experience using Elementor. We need all the animations etc. to be translated exactly. Looking for someone very experienced. NOTE: This is for a longterm position.
