Job Title AI Voice Agent & Web Developer – (Edmonson Solutions AI) Job Overview Edmonson Solutions AI is an elite AI consultancy specializing in automating customer operations, sales workflows, and digital experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled, long-term contract developer (or dedicated developer duo/agency) to design, build, and deploy custom AI Voice Agents and AI-integrated web interfaces for our growing portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients. You will act as our primary technical execution partner, translating client business requirements into robust, production-grade conversational voice systems and web applications. Key Responsibilities Voice Agent Architecture: Design and implement inbound and outbound voice AI agents utilizing state-of-the-art Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) pipelines. Web Integration & Widget Development: Build, customize, and embed responsive voice chat widgets and custom dashboards on client websites (primarily Next.js, React, and standard HTML/JS environments). Conversational Pathway Design: Map out complex, multi-turn dialogue flows, branching logic, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure agents provide accurate, context-aware answers. API & Backend Engineering: Write clean, secure middleware (Python/Node.js) to connect voice platforms with client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), scheduling tools, and internal databases. Required Technical Stack & Skills Voice AI Platforms: Deep experience with platforms like VoiceHub by DataQueue, Vapi, Retell AI, or custom setups using Twilio Voice + OpenAI + ElevenLabs. AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), LangChain, or LlamaIndex. Proficient in prompt engineering and RAG setup. Frontend Web Development: Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and WebRTC APIs. Backend & Integration: Strong scripting skills in Python or Node.js. Experience with WebSockets, RESTful APIs, and serverless deployment (AWS, Vercel, Supabase). Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills. Ability to translate vague client requests into structured technical roadmaps and document code thoroughly. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying voice agents in specialized regions (e.g., MENA region utilizing DataQueue/Arabic models, or localized European accents). Prior experience working with agency/consulting models where client requirements shift dynamically. A strong portfolio showing live, deployed web-based voice widgets or recorded phone-call case studies.
