Full-Stack Developer — Replit, Next.js/Supabase SaaS Build (Rental Prep Product, UK)
I need an experienced full-stack developer to build TruMove, a UK renter-facing web app with two products: a £4.99 affordability check (MoveScore) and a £24.99+ household application-readiness pass with identity verification (TruPass). This is a real, funded build with a complete technical specification already written — not a vague idea.
Stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript (strict mode), Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, RLS — no Prisma), Stripe, Sumsub (identity verification), Resend (email), Tailwind/shadcn, Vitest + Playwright for testing.
Scope of work:
A versioned, database-driven questionnaire engine (branching logic, no hardcoded copy, published versions are immutable)
Household/applicant data model with strict Row Level Security — co-applicants must never see each other's private financial data
Stripe Checkout with server-side pricing (no client-trusted amounts), signed webhooks, idempotency
Per-adult Sumsub identity verification, each in an isolated session
A calculation engine producing an affordability score/band, deterministic and versioned, with no penalty for children or benefit income
Dynamic evidence-requirement engine (documents requested per answer, tracked per item)
Immutable PDF certificate generation with a public, privacy-safe verification page
Customer and admin dashboards
Data retention/deletion, consent tracking, and privacy-safe analytics
I have a complete 28-stage build specification (~40 pages) covering every stage in order, including exact database schema requirements, business rules, and test criteria for each stage. This will be provided in full once we start — it removes most of the ambiguity around requirements.
What I'm looking for:
Solid experience with Supabase RLS and Stripe webhook handling specifically (these are the highest-risk parts of this build)
Comfortable working in staged milestones with git checkpoints and test-before-proceeding discipline
Someone who will flag concerns with the spec rather than silently building around them.
