Job Title: Fullstack AI Software Development Engineer (GR-T) Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) Employment Type: 3-month contract, extendable based on project needs | 8 hours/day Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST overlap required Location: Remote (Global Delivery Model) About the Role We are seeking a Fullstack AI Software Development Engineer (GR-T) to design and build enterprise-grade, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate brings deep fullstack expertise with a strong backend focus, hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, and practical exposure to Generative AI, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows. You will work in distributed Agile teams delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer building enterprise-grade applications Strong experience writing unit and integration tests Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams within a global delivery model Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural, distributed team Hands-on experience with Git and modern version control workflows Experience working on production systems using Python and TypeScript Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments AI & GenAI Experience Experience or strong familiarity with GenAI model providers such as: Amazon Bedrock OpenAI APIs Databricks (or equivalent platforms) Hands-on experience building or integrating Enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions Experience designing or working with Enterprise Agentic AI workflows Backend Requirements (Primary Focus) Strong experience with Python and Node.js + TypeScript Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and software design patterns Experience using frameworks such as Next.js and Cypress 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred) Strong knowledge of: Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth) Error handling and data validation Backend-first mindset with an emphasis on scalable and maintainable architectures Frontend Requirements Proven experience with React.js and TypeScript Strong understanding of component-based UI architecture Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack and Babel Nice to Have Experience building AI-enabled enterprise platforms Exposure to cloud-native architectures and observability tooling Experience working with large-scale distributed systems What We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise systems Fully remote, globally distributed team Collaborative Agile environment Long-term project stability and growth opportunities
