AI Automation Support

Role Overview We are seeking a technically skilled and AI-savvy professional to support both AI initiatives and software-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is actively exploring AI tools (particularly Claude) while also having hands-on experience handling software tickets, builds, and customer requests. Key Responsibilities -Explore, test, and implement AI tools (with a focus on Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency -Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration -Handle software support tickets, including troubleshooting and issue resolution -Assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements -Respond to and manage customer technical requests in a timely manner -Document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference -Provide recommendations on optimizing systems and automation Qualifications -Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical support, or similar) -Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, particularly Claude -Ability to troubleshoot software issues and manage support tickets -Familiarity with web applications, APIs, or basic programming concepts -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
