# Job Post: Junior Fullstack Developer / AI-Assisted Implementation Developer ## Summary We are looking for a junior fullstack developer who can help us implement well-defined client feedback and feature requests in existing business web applications. The main focus of this role is implementation work: understanding a task, using AI coding tools effectively, making clean changes in the codebase, testing the result, and communicating progress clearly. We are also actively working with ERPNext. Therefore, experience with ERPNext, Frappe, or business software processes is beneficial, but not required. The applications are already live or close to production, so code quality, reliability, and careful testing are important. ## Main Responsibilities Implement client feedback and change requests in existing applications Fix bugs based on clear descriptions. Support ERPNext-related implementation tasks where needed Help with business process implementations such as purchasing, CRM, suppliers, invoices, forms, workflows, roles, and permissions Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Devin, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support development Review and understand AI-generated code instead of blindly copying it Test your own changes before submitting them Document what was changed and where Communicate blockers early and clearly Work together with an internal development team ## Requirements Basic to solid experience with Any modern programming language, preferably Python. Understanding of REST APIs Basic database knowledge, ideally with MariaDB or MySQL Basic understanding of Git and GitHub workflows Experience using AI coding tools in real development work Ability to understand existing code and make focused changes Careful and reliable working style Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear Ability to test your own implementation before handing it over Interest in business software, ERP systems, workflows, and process automation ## Strong Plus Experience with ERPNext Experience with the Frappe Framework Basic experience with E2E testing Experience customizing ERPNext DocTypes, forms, list views, reports, workflows, roles, or permissions Understanding of business processes such as purchasing, CRM, supplier management, invoices, accounting, inventory, projects, or approvals Experience with ERP software implementation or configuration Experience working with client feedback in business software projects ## What We Do Not Expect You do not need to be a senior developer ## Project Info The applications are real business applications used by clients Tasks are usually well-defined and managed through Notion You will receive onboarding material, videos, and explanations You will work with an internal team Most tasks are implementation tasks after client feedback We work actively with ERPNext for business process digitalization Long-term cooperation is possible if the collaboration works well ## To Apply, Please Include A few short examples of projects you have worked on Your experience with your programming language Your experience with ERPNext or other ERP/business software, if available Which AI coding tools you use and how you use them Your hourly rate Your weekly availability When you can start Please also confirm that you are the developer who will personally work on the tasks.
