Migrate WordPress Site to React with CMS

We are seeking a skilled developer to transition our existing WordPress website to a React-based site, utilizing a new homepage design while retaining the content of other pages. The ideal candidate will have experience in both WordPress and React, and be able to integrate a CMS into the new setup. We will provide the new design. We are open to keeping the WordPress CMS; however, the new WordPress installation must be fully optimized and secured for long-term stability. The front-end should be a React-based site. The setup should involve only a few essential plugins to keep the CMS clean, fast, and well-maintained, aiming for an A+ performance score. Additionally, the site must remain SEO-friendly. We will provide a new design for the homepage (attached). All other pages can retain their existing content from current site but should be adapted to follow the new design layout.
