# AI Automation Developer for Real Estate Leasing CRM ## Job Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an end-to-end AI leasing assistant for our affordable housing company. The goal is to automate our leasing process from the moment a prospect submits an inquiry until after the property tour. The AI should work across multiple lead sources, communicate with prospects through email (and eventually phone), qualify applicants, schedule tours, verify documents, and continue follow-ups without manual intervention. **Our rule:** Nothing should stop the AI workflow. ## Current Systems The AI will integrate with our existing tools: * CRM (primary system) * Website (Affordable Homes) * Avail * TurboTenant * Apartments.com * Zillow * Leasing Email Accounts * Google Calendar (or calendar integration) ## Expected AI Workflow ### Phase 1 – Lead Capture * Receive inquiries from: * Website * Zillow * Apartments.com * Avail * TurboTenant * Automatically push every lead into our CRM. ### Phase 2 – AI Qualification Immediately after a lead is received, the AI should: 1. Send a personalized greeting via email. 2. Provide program/property information. 3. Ask for the preferred tour date and time. 4. Ask for the applicant's credit score. 5. Ask for annual household income. 6. Determine whether the applicant qualifies for a tour. ### Phase 3 – Tour Scheduling If the applicant meets the minimum qualification (credit score of **600 or higher**): * Book the tour automatically. * Send calendar invitations. * Notify the leasing team if necessary. ### Phase 4 – After Booking After the tour is scheduled, the AI should: * Request government-issued ID. * Initiate credit verification. * Issue the property door code once verification is complete. * Send reminders before the tour. * Follow up after the tour. * Continue communication until the leasing process is completed. ## Phone AI (Future Phase) We also plan to build an AI phone assistant that can perform the qualification process during live calls. During the call, the AI should: * Greet the prospect. * Explain the housing program. * Ask for the preferred tour date and time. * Ask for the applicant's credit score. * Ask for annual income. * Schedule the tour if qualified.
