Arcgis and React developer using Claude agent

Looking for a React developer with Arcgis experience to modify an existing open source project to our needs **Stack** - ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (4.x) - React/JSX, canvas-based drawing tools - Geometry: Turf.js, Clipper.js - Backend/CMS: Directus + Cloudflare R2 (planned) - 3D assets: Sketchfab **Requirements** - Demonstrated ArcGIS JS SDK 4.x experience (SceneView, SceneLayer, SketchViewModel, widgets) - React proficiency — component state, refs, hooks - Comfortable working with computational geometry (polygon math, spatial queries) - Must use Claude AI as your primary coding assistant — this is a hard requirement, not optional - Able to read and extend existing code rather than rewrite from scratch - Strong async communication; we work iteratively with short review cycles **Nice to have** - Experience with the Participatory Planning demo or ESRI open-source samples - Familiarity with Directus, Supabase, or similar headless CMS - GIS background (coordinate systems, parcel data, Living Atlas layers)
