Add Tree Adoption Feature to WordPress

I need to add an "Adopt a Tree" feature to my WordPress website built using free Elementor. This feature should allow users to adopt a tree by paying a specified amount. We will plant tree on behalf of user on his birthday day, that he will provide while Adopting Tree. A video will be recorded in the presence of 4-5 memeber while planting tree, progress of tree and this video file should open while scaning a QR Code. This QR code should be generated on Adopting Tree. A Certificate should also be generated while Adopting Tree and it should be emailed to him. . The ideal candidate should have experience with WordPress and Elementor to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
