AI/ML Model Training Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent robotics systems powered by modern deep learning and transformer-based models. The role focuses on building perception, reasoning, and decision-making models using state-of-the-art frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and multimodal AI architectures. You will contribute to the development of robot intelligence systems capable of understanding environments, processing multimodal inputs, and performing autonomous actions. Key Responsibilities -Design and develop AI models for robotics applications, including perception, navigation, and decision-making systems -Build and fine-tune transformer-based models using Hugging Face Transformers libraries Develop multimodal AI pipelines (vision, language, sensor fusion) for robotic understanding -Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for contextual robot reasoning -Integrate AI models with robotic frameworks such as Robot Operating System (ROS) -Train and optimize large-scale deep learning models for real-time or near real-time inference -Work with simulation environments for robotics testing (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac Sim) -Deploy models in production environments using containerized and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) -Collaborate with robotics engineers, backend engineers, and product teams to define AI system requirements -Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and robustness.
