Creation of Ai Assistant in Laravel SaaS Software using Openai api

We want to create Ai assistant for our SaaS software Trademark Search Pro (Trademark Management Software), using which user can tell Ai assistant to search trademark, draft reply to trademark notices and to do jobs as per need and instruction of user. Some of of Use cases can be: 1. Search Trademark 2. Find Availbale trademark 3. Generate report of status, compliance of his or his customer's trademark 4. Draft reply to various trademark documents 5. Send reports, alerts via email or whatsapp to anyone 6. Set reminders, task etc. and can do many other tasks. Our data is saved in mysql database. Software is built in laravel php. Flow will be like this: 1. We will integrate open ai chatbot and api in development server first, test it and then integrate it to live server as Beta version 2. For each module of software and for each kinds of task, we will save global instructions with sample report/document for Openai, user can save his own custom instructions with sample report/document, open ai will follow given instructions in doing job.
