Remote WordPress Developer & Tech Support (20 Hours/Week) – Arabic/French

We are looking for a reliable, independent Freelance WordPress Developer to manage customer support and technical updates for our software plugin. Our current user base is located in the Maghreb region (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia), with plans to expand into the Gulf (GCC) markets.This is a remote, part-time position requiring 20 hours per week (distributed as 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday).Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Troubleshoot plugin issues, resolve theme/plugin conflicts, and answer user tickets.Plugin Updates: Code, test, and release regular updates, PHP bug fixes, and minor feature upgrades.Market Support: Ensure the plugin and support channels handle Maghreb and Gulf Arabic preferences (including RTL design).Required SkillsLanguages: Fluent in Arabic and French (written and spoken).WordPress Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, hooks, and filters.Troubleshooting: Experience debugging live WordPress environments and server-side errors.Availability: Exactly 20 hours per week on weekdays.
