Senior Client-Facing Software Engineer (Part-Time, Remote) – India & Pakistan

The Role We are looking for a highly experienced software engineer who can contribute both technically and strategically. This is not a pure development role and it is not a project management role. You will actively participate in software development while also joining client meetings, technical discussions, architecture reviews, discovery sessions, and planning calls. You should be comfortable speaking with founders, executives, product owners, technical advisors, CTOs, architects, and senior engineers. The ideal candidate can confidently answer difficult technical questions, explain trade-offs, challenge assumptions when necessary, and help clients make informed technology decisions. Initially, the role may be lighter on development work and focused more on technical discussions and planning. As projects grow, you will take ownership of engineering tasks and contribute directly to product development. This is a long-term, part-time contractor position with opportunities to increase involvement over time.
