Technical Code & Flow Audit: E-Commerce Apparel Customizer (React/JS)

We run an e-commerce apparel brand featuring an interactive design customizer tool. While users are highly engaged with browsing, searching, and trying to customize products, we are facing a critical conversion problem at the finish line. Our Microsoft Clarity logs show two massive technical bottlenecks: 1. Dead Clicks & JavaScript Errors: Users experience unresponsive elements and console errors (specifically 'undefined is not an object') right when attempting to interact with customization options like color swaps or design selections. 2. High Homepage Bounce Rates: A large number of sessions are extremely short, with users abandoning the page almost immediately after initial load, pointing to heavy script loading blocks or front-end lag. What We Need: We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer / Technical Architect to conduct a thorough code and flow audit. You will be given direct access to our Microsoft Clarity project and our frontend repository. Your goals will be to: - Diagnose the root causes of the JavaScript errors and state management failures in the customizer. - Analyze the homepage asset-loading flow to isolate why initial page loads are triggering instant bounces. - Provide either direct code fixes or a highly prioritized Technical Remediation Roadmap that our current developers can seamlessly execute to patch these leaks. Requirements: - Strong expertise in JavaScript, React/Next.js, and complex state management. - Experience utilizing user behavior tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) to debug production code. - Proven track record in web performance optimization and third-party code audits.
