Technical Interviewer (Fluent English Required)

Overview We're looking for a confident and organized Technical Interviewer who can independently lead live interviews, communicate effectively with clients, and keep projects moving forward. This is not an assistant role. You'll be expected to take ownership of conversations, ask the right questions, evaluate candidates, and maintain clear communication between clients and our engineering team. If you're comfortable leading meetings, thinking on your feet, and keeping multiple projects organized, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities - Conduct technical and non-technical interviews from start to finish - Lead live interviews and client meetings with confidence - Evaluate candidates and provide structured feedback - Coordinate communication between clients and the development team - Track project progress and ensure tasks stay on schedule - Follow up on action items and resolve blockers proactively - Maintain organized documentation and project updates Requirements - Excellent spoken and written English (near-native preferred) - Experience leading interviews, client meetings, or discovery calls - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think quickly and stay composed during live conversations - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Preferred Qualifications - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python or similar fullstack technologies - Experience working with software development teams To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: - A brief introduction about yourself - Your experience conducting interviews or leading client meetings - A 2–3 minute introduction video (required) - Your availability and time zone Individual applicants only.
