## Full-Stack Developer & AI Integrations Specialist — Custom CRM and Workflow Automation We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer and AI integrations specialist to help us design and build a custom CRM system while automating key workflows across our business. The right candidate will be able to understand our existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and translate our requirements into a reliable, user-friendly system. This role requires more than basic development experience—we are looking for someone who can think through the overall architecture, recommend practical solutions, and build integrations that work seamlessly with our existing tools. ### Responsibilities * Review our current workflows, systems, and business requirements * Help define the CRM’s technical architecture, database structure, and user experience * Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces for managing customers, leads, communications, tasks, and internal processes * Develop secure back-end services, APIs, databases, user roles, and permissions * Create automated workflows for lead intake, follow-ups, task assignments, notifications, scheduling, reporting, and other repetitive processes * Integrate the CRM with existing platforms such as email, calendars, forms, communication tools, payment systems, and third-party APIs * Implement AI-powered features where they provide meaningful value, such as: * Lead qualification and routing * Email or message drafting * Conversation and document summarization * Data extraction from forms, emails, or uploaded documents * Automated record updates * Internal AI assistants * Semantic search and knowledge retrieval * Recommended actions and next steps * Establish safeguards for AI-generated outputs, including validation, human approval, error handling, and activity logging * Test the system thoroughly and resolve performance, security, and integration issues * Create clear technical documentation and provide support during deployment and handoff * Recommend improvements and future development opportunities as the system evolves ### Required Experience * Proven experience building production-ready full-stack web applications * Strong front-end development skills using React, Next.js, Vue, or a comparable framework * Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, or a similar technology * Experience designing relational or document-based databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase * Experience building and consuming REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations * Previous experience developing or customizing CRM systems * Experience implementing workflow automations with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom code * Hands-on experience integrating AI models through APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers * Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, tool calling, context management, and AI error handling * Familiarity with authentication, role-based permissions, data security, API security, and audit logging * Experience deploying and maintaining applications using platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Railway, or similar services * Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Ability to work independently, provide realistic estimates, and communicate progress consistently ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Twilio, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or industry-specific software * Experience building multi-user dashboards and internal business tools * Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI knowledge bases * Experience processing documents, emails, call transcripts, or other unstructured data * Understanding of testing, monitoring, analytics, and application performance * Experience taking a product from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing iteration ### Initial Project Scope The project will likely begin with a discovery and planning phase, followed by the development of an initial CRM version.
