Long-Term: Lead Blockchain Engineer

We're building a next-generation decentralized application and we need a Lead Blockchain Engineer. This isn't just a coding role; you'll architect the smart contracts, design the full-stack experience, and make foundational technical decisions that will shape the platform for years to come. You'll work across the entire stack on-chain logic, authentication, file processing, and data storage and you'll do it in a long-term, high-trust collaboration where your expertise directly drives the product. If you've shipped production dApps, optimized gas like a pro, and can lead technical direction without hand-holding, we want to talk. You'll be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and auditing secure, gas-efficient smart contracts (Solidity). - Architecting payment and authentication integrations to deliver a seamless Web3 user experience. - Designing and developing the full-stack decentralized application. - Driving technical decisions and establishing best practices for future team members. We're looking for someone with: - Expert-level Solidity experience, including a deep understanding of smart contract development, security, and gas optimization. - Familiarity with key ERC standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and Web3 tooling (web3.js/ethers.js, Hardhat/Foundry). - Proven full-stack development experience (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.). - The ability to work autonomously, lead foundational work, and communicate clearly.
