Job Title: AI-Powered Real Estate Lead Automation — SMS Outreach, Lead Scoring, Offer Generation (Next.js/Supabase/Zoho/CloudRun) Project Overview: We're extending an existing AI-powered real estate wholesale lead pipeline (Next.js, Supabase, Zoho CRM, Google Cloud Run). The system currently handles MLS/list data ingestion and lead scoring. We need a developer to build out the next layer: automated SMS outreach, AI-driven lead qualification, and an automated offer-to-close follow-up sequence. Scope of Work: Data Import & Dedup Import new lead datasets (CSV/API) into existing Supabase database Dedupe against existing records (using property identifier as primary key) Flag/merge or reject duplicates with audit log SMS Sequence Campaign Build trigger to initiate outbound SMS sequence for newly imported/qualified leads Configurable cadence/templates, opt-out compliance (TCPA) AI Lead Surfacing — "Pre-Qualified / Hot Leads" Use LLM (Claude/Gemini) to analyze inbound SMS responses + lead data Score and surface leads as "pre-qualified hot" based on defined criteria Push qualified leads into Zoho CRM with score/notes AI Disposition — "Not Ready to Convert" For leads not ready today, use AI to disposition/categorize (reason, suggested follow-up timing) Route into appropriate nurture/future follow-up queue in Zoho Offer Generation & Send Auto-generate offer documents (PDF) from lead/property data Send via email/SMS with tracking Post-Offer Follow-Up Sequence Initiate automated SMS + email sequence after offer is sent Track responses, escalate to manual follow-up when needed Current Stack: Frontend/Backend: Next.js 15, Node.js Database: Supabase (Postgres) CRM: Zoho CRM (COQL API) Hosting: Google Cloud Run AI: Anthropic Claude API, Google Gemini API (SMS/Email provider: [Twilio / GMail] Requirements: Proven experience with Next.js + Supabase production apps API integration experience (Zoho CRM or similar CRM REST/COQL APIs) Experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI) for scoring/classification tasks SMS/email automation experience (Twilio, SendGrid, or similar) Comfortable working from locked specs with async communication Real estate / lead-gen / outbound sales tech experience a strong plus
