PROJECT: Procession - Funeral Day Arrival Tracker Goal: Build a no-app, SMS-based tracker that stops funeral services from starting late. Think Uber Eats tracker, but for a funeral. Tech Stack I recommend: Next.js + Supabase + Twilio SMS + Google Maps API ROLE 1: Funeral Director Dashboard (Web) Login: Simple email/password for now. Create Service Page: • Fields: Deceased Name, Date, Time, 3 Locations (Funeral Home, Church, Cemetery with address autocomplete) • Button: "Create Procession" After Create: • System generates: procession.link/[name] e.g. procession.link/heisenberg-july18 • Shows 3 buttons: 1. Copy Family Link 2. Send SMS to Family (input phone numbers) 3. Mark Status (Director can click: "Limo Left", "Priest Arrived", "Cemetery Ready", "We Are Beginning") Live View Page for Director: Map shows: • Blue dots = Family members who clicked link (live location) • ETA for each: "Maria - 8 mins away - on I-78" • Red/Green indicators for vendors ROLE 2: Family View (Mobile Web - NO APP DOWNLOAD) When family clicks procession.link/...
