Excel Data Cleaning & Workbook Consolidation

I have 27 excel sheets each with 3 tabs that i need to get into one workbook to check for inconsistences and make changes across al excel sheets. I have a really short suspense (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Integration, Data Management, Data Processing, Data Visualization, Excel, Visual Basic)
