Full-Stack Software Developer | Client Communication and Project Ownership

We are a growing software agency expanding our engineering team. For this hiring round, we are looking to add two developers to create a better balance within the team. Experience with CMS and ecommerce development or mobile app development will be a strong advantage. We are looking for full-stack developers with solid hands-on experience who can communicate clearly with clients and take responsibility for keeping projects moving. This is not a ticket-only development role. We need someone who can understand the business goal behind a project, ask practical questions, identify missing requirements, and stay involved through testing and delivery. As projects grow, we would like this person to take on more responsibility across project direction, client communication, and delivery. Availability is important for this role. You must be able to work consistently during Eastern Time business hours and maintain reliable communication during the working day. We need someone with dependable weekly availability who can join client calls and respond promptly when project decisions are needed.
