AI Engineer Needed to Build an Autonomous Technical Program Manager (AI Agent)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer or AI Agent Developer to design and build an autonomous Technical Program Manager (TPM) AI Agent capable of managing end-to-end software delivery programs with minimal human intervention. The goal is to create an AI system that can perform the majority of a Technical Program Manager’s responsibilities, including project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, reporting, and coordination across engineering teams. Responsibilities The AI Agent should be capable of: Program Planning * Create project plans from product requirements * Break down initiatives into epics, features, and tasks * Generate timelines and milestones * Estimate effort using historical data * Identify dependencies automatically Sprint Management * Plan sprint backlogs * Monitor sprint progress * Track velocity and burn-down * Recommend scope adjustments * Detect blockers early Project Tracking * Integrate with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and Linear Stakeholder Communication * Draft executive status updates * Generate meeting agendas * Summarize meetings automatically * Send follow-up action items * Produce leadership dashboards Risk Management * Identify schedule risks * Predict delivery delays * Flag dependency issues * Recommend mitigation strategies * Escalate critical issues
