python, automation, ocr-algorithms, microsoft-excel

I am looking for an automation developer to build an AI-powered deal intake and prescreening pipeline for SBA lending. The goal is to automatically extract financial data from client PDFs and input it precisely into an existing, formula-heavy Excel workbook. The Workflow: Intake: Client uploads business financials and tax returns (1120, 1065, 1040 Schedule C), P&Ls, and CIMs via a GoHighLevel (GHL) form. Extraction: A Make.com/n8n webhook triggers a Python script. It processes the files using an institutional parser (e.g., Google Cloud Document AI or AWS Textract) and an LLM (Claude/OpenAI) for unstructured text. Excel Injection: Python (using openpyxl or xlwings) maps the data directly into specific cell coordinates of my Excel template without breaking existing formulas. GHL Sync: Key metrics (like DSCR or NOI) are pushed back to GHL Custom Fields via API v2, and the completed Excel file is saved to the client's profile. Required Skills: GoHighLevel: API v2, custom fields, webhooks. Backend Automation: Make.com or n8n. Python: Excel read/write libraries (openpyxl, xlwings, pandas). AI/OCR: Document AI, Textract, OpenAI/Claude APIs. Finance: Ability to recognize basic US tax forms. To Apply, Please Provide: Examples of past AI/OCR or GHL API projects. Briefly explain how you will handle large PDF payloads without timing out the GHL webhook. Estimated timeline and budget.
