Ecological consultant report to get house plans, approved though council DA , no tree removal I have the architectural landscaping

I just need a ecological report to have the DA of the house approved that is it all other works we have (Budget: $1500 - $3000 AUD, Jobs: Ecological Consulting, Environmental Consulting)
