Founding AI / Document Intelligence Engineer for AI Answer-Sheet Evaluation (Milestone-Based)

I’m building an AI product for educational institutions that helps evaluate handwritten/descriptive answer sheets faster and more consistently. The product should allow a school / coaching institute / evaluator to: - upload a question paper and marking scheme - upload scanned answer sheets (PDFs / images) - automatically extract student answers question-by-question - generate AI-assisted draft scores and justifications for each question - present the output in a teacher review workflow where marks can be edited before finalization I’m looking for a strong AI / document intelligence engineer to build the core AI pipeline for the MVP. This is not a generic chatbot project. The work is focused on: - OCR / document parsing - question segmentation across handwritten answer sheets - rubric-based grading orchestration - structured JSON outputs for a review UI - confidence scoring / fallback handling
