I have an e-commerce mockup and need an experienced frontend developer to turn it into a clean, production-ready website using Tailwind CSS and a modular, maintainable approach.
Figma design: https://www.figma.com/design/zfnBtyPYNBlo5HwjxVw9Hz/shop?node-id=2004-2869&t=1lqxYcSPE8jeolR2-1
The website should accurately match the provided design, be fully responsive, user-friendly, and work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Budget
The listed budget is indicative and not final. I’m open to discussing the final scope, timeline, and budget with the right freelancer based on their approach, experience, and estimated workload.
Requirements
- The use of AI tools is allowed, but the freelancer must personally review, test, and take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, maintainability, and final implementation of the work.
- Build the website from the provided Figma mockup with high visual accuracy.
- Use Tailwind CSS for styling.
- Follow a modular, component-based structure with clean and maintainable code.
- Use native JavaScript only — no jQuery or unnecessary JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- JavaScript must support ES2020 or newer.
- Use CSS custom properties (variables) for core colors, typography, spacing tokens, and other reusable design values.
- Ensure responsive behavior across common screen sizes.
- Create accessible, semantic HTML and support basic keyboard navigation where applicable.
- Implement interactions from the design, such as menus, dropdowns, sliders, tabs, modals, accordions, cart-related UI, etc.
- Keep assets, styles, and scripts organized for easy future maintenance.
Important Context
This frontend will later be integrated into Aimeos, so the implementation should be integration-friendly:
- Avoid hard-coding content where reusable markup or data attributes would be more appropriate.
- Keep components and page sections clearly separated.
- Use clean HTML structure that can be adapted to Aimeos templates.
- Do not introduce dependencies that could complicate the future Aimeos integration.
Deliverables
- Fully responsive frontend matching the Figma design.
- Clean source code with an understandable folder structure.
- Tailwind configuration and reusable design tokens.
- Native ES2020+ JavaScript for all required interactions.
- Brief setup/build instructions.
