Full Stack Developer Needed — Next.js & Supabase Web Application

I need an experienced full stack developer to build a secure, web-based claims management portal for a flooring manufacturer called SYNLawn and their distributor NWSS. What the app does: Distributor representatives log in and submit product defect claims through a structured form. The manufacturer logs in separately to review all claims and update their status. When a status is updated, the person who submitted the claim receives an automatic email notification. Two user roles: Manufacturer — sees all claims from all locations, updates statuses, manages dropdown options Location user — sees only their own claims, submits new claims The claim form includes: Auto-filled distributor and warehouse location (based on login) Project name and installation address One or more rolls, each with: roll number, linear footage, selling name (dropdown), defect type (dropdown), and dye lot number Photo and video file uploads Order number (optional) and notes (optional) Other requirements: 5 claim statuses: In Review, More Information Needed, Approved, Received, RA Issued Full audit log on every claim — who did what, date and time stamped Email notification to claim submitter on every status change (via Resend) Manufacturer can manage the selling names and defect types that appear in dropdowns Row-level security so location users cannot access other users' data Required tech stack — this is not flexible: Next.js, Supabase (auth + database + storage), Resend for email, deployed to Vercel Branding: SYNLawn green and charcoal color scheme, logo provided Deliverables required: Live deployed application on Vercel Full source code in a GitHub repository with me as collaborator Supabase project access Brief handover notes I have a complete project brief document and a working visual prototype ready to share.
