Pilot to Production Engagement Overview We're looking for an experienced Germany based backend-leaning full-stack engineer to take our existing pilot system and turn it into a production-ready web application (responsive mobile and desktop web, no native mobile app). The system needs to reliably support hundreds to thousands of concurrent users. Scope of Work Core backend development: session crash restoration, persistent user memory across sessions, GDPR compliance, structured logging and audit trails Production hardening aligned with OWASP Top 10 security practices Full deployment and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Frontend improvements and integration with the backend (React/TypeScript/Next.js) Backend systems for real-time audio capture and handoff to later ML processing (audio/voice pipeline, no ML model work required) Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for the full production deployment Integration testing, deployment, handover, and post-launch rollout support Tech Stack / Requirements Google Cloud Platform (GCP) TypeScript / Express (backend) Python Experience with agentic LLM systems, harnesses, and tool-calling architectures React / TypeScript / Next.js (frontend) LiveKit and WebRTC (real-time audio/voice, concurrent session handling) Understanding of MLOps and data pipelines Comfort working fast toward a shippable MVP, not just a polished spec Engagement Details Budget: Up to 15,000 euros total.
