I'm a New Zealand founder with a fully-designed, clickable prototype of LANDY, an app that helps private landlords track rent and automatically reconcile payments from their bank feed. I'm looking for an experienced developer to take it from prototype to a real, secure app on iOS and Android and to consult with me throughout on the right way to build it. I'd like to start with a small, paid first engagement (see “Budget”) so we can both see how we work together before scaling up. What I already have A high-fidelity, clickable prototype covering every screen A clear data model and feature spec A defined v1 scope and a recommended tech stack (happy to discuss alternatives) v1 scope Landlord sign-in (single-user accounts) Portfolio dashboard, properties & tenancies, rent ledger Read-only bank-feed connection with automatic rent reconciliation (NZ open banking e.g. Akahu) Maintenance request logging Must-have skills React Native (Expo) + TypeScript, shipped to both app stores A managed backend with proper auth & data isolation (Supabase / Firebase) Experience integrating a third-party financial / open-banking API Solid grasp of data security and privacy (we operate under the NZ Privacy Act 2020) Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs to a semi-technical founder Nice to have New Zealand open banking / Akahu experience Property-tech or fintech background App Store & Play Store submission experience
