React Native developer to build a NZ property-management app (MVP) with open-banking integration

I'm a New Zealand founder with a fully-designed, clickable prototype of LANDY, an app that helps private landlords track rent and automatically reconcile payments from their bank feed. I'm looking for an experienced developer to take it from prototype to a real, secure app on iOS and Android and to consult with me throughout on the right way to build it. I'd like to start with a small, paid first engagement (see “Budget”) so we can both see how we work together before scaling up.
