Senior Backend and DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend and DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the development, deployment, and optimization of scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation. You will be responsible for designing robust backend architectures, maintaining high system reliability, improving deployment workflows, and ensuring the scalability and security of our applications. Experience with modern DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies is essential. Requirements: - Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar) - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines - Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) - Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) - Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and performance optimization - Experience with Linux server administration and security best practices - Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs - Deploy and manage applications in cloud-native environments - Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer releases - Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications - Monitor system performance, reliability, and security - Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Improve infrastructure automation and deployment processes - Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness
