🚀 Senior Full-Stack Engineer — AI-Agent SaaS (TypeScript + GCP) We're a GCP-based company building an AI-agent-powered platform. The product is fully spec'd and partly built. We're looking for ONE strong full-stack engineer to build the whole thing end to end — backend, web app, and mobile apps — over a long-term engagement. This is real end-to-end ownership, not a narrow ticket queue. You'll work from a detailed written spec, test-first, and use AI coding tools (Claude Code) as a core part of the workflow. ────────────────────────────────────────────── 🧰 Tech stack • Language: TypeScript (Node.js), some Python • API: tRPC • Database: PostgreSQL (multi-tenant, Row-Level Security) + Drizzle ORM • Cloud: Google Cloud Platform — Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, IAM, Secret Manager • Infra as code: Terraform • AI agents: MCP servers + Claude Code Agent Skills, with LLM evals • Web: Next.js / React, TanStack Query, Tailwind • Mobile: React Native / Expo (iOS + Android) We are all-in on GCP — comfort and real experience with Google Cloud is important. ────────────────────────────────────────────── 🧱 What you'll build (sequenced) 1. Backend + AI-agent layer (now) 2. Web app — Next.js PWA (next) 3. Mobile apps — React Native / Expo, iOS + Android (after) ────────────────────────────────────────────── ✅ Must-have • Strong TypeScript / Node.js • tRPC (or similar typed API) + PostgreSQL, incl. multi-tenant isolation • Drizzle ORM (or Prisma/Kysely) with migrations • Solid GCP experience (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, IAM, Secret Manager) + Terraform • AI-agent engineering — MCP, Claude Code Agent Skills (or equivalent tool contracts) • LLM evals — accuracy + adversarial / prompt-injection testing (eval-first mindset) • Next.js / React for web • Shipped iOS + Android with React Native / Expo • Security mindset (least privilege, zero-trust, sensitive data) • Test-first discipline + clear written communication • Spec-Driven Development ➕ Nice-to-have • HIPAA / healthcare data experience • Vertex AI / Google ADK • Python / FastAPI • GCP networking (Load Balancer, Cloud Armor, VPC) • Founding / solo-engineer experience owning a product end to end ────────────────────────────────────────────── ❓ Screening questions 1.
